I visited Homiga, a pho (Vietnamese noodle soup) spot near Yeongdeungpo-gu Office Station again!
Though the address says it's on the basement level, it’s more like a half-basement.
Homiga specializes in pho.
Looking at the menu again, I was tempted to try the Tom Yum Pho this time, but I ended up ordering Pho, along with Guobaorou (sweet and sour pork) and Chicken Karaage. Such a delicious spread! 😍
Quick Tip
We arrived around 6 PM, and there were still some open seats, but it quickly filled up, and a line formed.
Luckily, the table turnover is fast, so the wait isn’t too long. ⏳
On the Table
Here’s what they serve with the meal.
Each table also has a side of chilies if you like a bit of heat. 🌶️
The Chicken Karaage came out first—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfectly hot! 🔥
As someone who loves cilantro, I made sure to ask for some extra on the side. 🌿
Then came the pho!
The aroma was so comforting.
There was a generous portion of noodles, bean sprouts, and plenty of meat—more than usual, I’d say.
I added the cilantro and dove in! 🍜
Next up was the Guobaorou!
The server kindly cut it into bite-sized pieces for us.
The meat was thick and juicy, and the sauce was tangy with a chewy, crispy batter. Loved it! 😄
And one more thing—the owner walks around and offers more bean sprouts if you run out.
How nice is that? 😊
This is a return visit review, and I’m already 100% sure I’ll be coming back again.
Homiga is truly a gem for Vietnamese food lovers! 💖
