I was able to sign up for the 6-month 2-person lesson at a discounted rate thanks to the Seoul Tennis opening event!
To get there, enter the building—there’s a shared entrance with a security code, but just give them a call, and they’ll let you in right away.
Take the stairs or the elevator down to the basement level.
The restroom is located on the first floor.
When you reach the basement, you’ll find lockers right by the elevator to store your belongings.
- Two-tier cabinet rental for 1 month: 10,000 KRW
Turn left, and you’ll see the shower rooms!
The shower area has two booths equipped with shampoo and body wash.
The sink area also has hair straighteners and dryers available for use!
(It’s usually tidy, but it looks like someone just used it before I took the picture, haha)
The shower is on the left side from the elevator, and the entrance to the courts is on the right!
You can also use the ball machine, even if you’re not enrolled in lessons:
- 10 minutes: 4,000 KRW
- 20 minutes: 7,500 KRW
- 30 minutes: 9,000 KRW
They have rackets for rent, and there’s even a tripod available for recording your sessions with your phone.
- Racket rental for 1 month: 10,000 KRW
There’s a water dispenser, too :)
The facility has three courts where you can take lessons.
We rotate between the courts each week—this week, we’re using the basement court!
The lesson begins! With just two people, 30 minutes felt just right.
As I get more into it, I’m tempted to try a solo 30-minute session, but my lesson partner says she’s not sure she can keep up with the pace, haha.
After the lesson, it’s time to clean up the balls—this part is a workout in itself!
Seoul Tennis offers great facilities, excellent instructors, and the option to use the ball machine.
It’s been a fantastic experience so far!
