We arrived at Jangwon Makguksu at 11:30 AM on a Sunday, and although there was a line, it moved quickly. We only had to wait about 20 minutes before being seated.
The menu is simple:
- Buckwheat Noodles (Makguksu): 8,000 KRW
- Sliced Boiled Pork (Pyeonyuk): 20,000 KRW
The pyeonyuk was absolutely delicious, and the makguksu was solid, satisfying our hunger. For our group of four, we ordered four bowls of makguksu and one plate of pyeonyuk, which was more than enough to fill us up.
