I took some friends, who were visiting Gwangjang Market for the first time, to explore the area! 😊

 

It was a sunny Friday around 5 PM, and the market was already packed with people.

Whenever I visit Gwangjang Market, I always go to Changsin Yukhoe, my go-to spot for delicious yukhoe (Korean-style steak tartare).

 

Right next door is Buchon Yukhoe, which often has long lines, even if you come early.

 

So I prefer Changsin Yukhoe—and I recommend it to friends who are visiting for the first time.

We arrived around 5:30 PM, and despite being early, the place was packed.

We ordered a bit of everything!

Table setup was basic but nice, and the soup was surprisingly flavorful.

 

Then came the star of the show—the yukhoe! 🥩

Glistening with freshness, it looked as delicious as ever.

 

Of course, we toasted to the beautiful sight in front of us! 🍻

 

This is why Changsin Yukhoe is my favorite yukhoe spot. ❤️

 

We also tried yuksashimi (raw beef sashimi) for the first time.

Coming from Daegu, I love mungtigi (another type of raw beef dish), and this reminded me of that—delicious and high-quality!

 

Finally, the yukhoe bibimbap arrived, and I have to say, this place serves the best version I’ve ever had.

I always order it! 😋

 

They even provided some gochujang (Korean chili paste) and kimchi to go with it.

 

The bibimbap is packed with plenty of yukhoe, so you get a hearty portion with every bite!

 

Personally, I like to enjoy it without the gochujang sometimes, but it's delicious both ways. 😄

 

When you mix it all together, the result is incredible—there's so much yukhoe in every spoonful! 🥄

 

As always, Changsin Yukhoe never disappoints. A must-visit for any yukhoe lover. ❤️
