  • You can reserve up to 4 time slots per account (Each slot is 3 hours long, but 2 hours in the summer mornings).
  • Reservations open at 1 PM on the third Friday of every month. Gangseo residents can book from 1 PM, while non-residents can start at 1:20 PM.
  • You can't make duplicate reservations for the same date.
  • Since there are no lights, the courts are not available for night play.
  • Courts 3 and 4 are highly sought after as they are standalone courts, so they tend to fill up quickly 😅.

" How to Get to Ujangsan Park Tennis Courts "

When using public transport, it’s best to set your destination to "Ujangsan Park Entrance"!
For parking, there is a paid lot at the Gangseo Resident’s Hall (Ujangsan Resident’s Hall), which is about a 5-minute walk away.

I took the bus and got off at the Ujang Elementary School stop, then walked down this alley!

At the end of the alley, you’ll see stairs—just head up!

Keep climbing, even if you feel a little out of breath 😅

At the top, you’ll see the tennis courts!
The courts you’ll first come across are Courts 1 and 2.

If you head further down the alley, you’ll find Courts 3 and 4, which are standalone.
We managed to reserve Courts 1 and 2 this time :)

Entry ♡

Once inside, you’ll find plenty of seating!

There’s also an office-like area 🙂

(Please wipe off your shoes before entering!)

Inside, there’s a lot of space to store your belongings!

There are also facilities on the opposite court 😊

Through that door, you can access an area for wall-hitting practice!

Thankfully, the rain cleared up dramatically just in time, so our session wasn’t canceled 😊

The courts are artificial turf!

After practice, we turned on the water to rinse off the bottom of our shoes.

(Since it had rained earlier, they got a bit muddy during play 😅)

And that wraps up another tennis session~
Next time, I’ll aim for Courts 3 and 4 to try out the standalone courts!
