Welcome to Gocheok Sky Dome, Korea's first domed stadium! 🏟️

As a Samsung Lions fan, I booked tickets to see Samsung vs. Kiwoom at Gocheok Dome!

"Gocheok Dome Ticket Prices"

I got two Dark Burgundy seats for a weekday game, 17,000 KRW each, totaling 34,000 KRW.
Though I'm a Samsung fan, I went with a Kiwoom fan, so we got seats in Section T11, Row E, Seats 1 and 2, on the first base side.

I used the Interpark app to book the tickets right at 2 PM and easily got them (probably because it was a weekday game).
Section T11 is right behind the table seats, so you get a great view without the table price! 😊

On game day!
It was raining in the morning, but the sky cleared up by the afternoon!
(Even though Gocheok Dome is indoors, it still felt nice to see the clear sky 🌤️)

As a Samsung fan, I couldn't help but admire the Lions bus under that beautiful sky! 🚌💙

I thought I only needed my reservation number from Interpark, but you actually need to find the QR code on the app 😅

Luckily, the ticket office helped me out and told me to download the "Interpark Mobile Ticket" app (Interpark has way too many apps!).

Following the well-marked signs, we headed toward the first base Dark Burgundy seats.
Before entering, they checked our bags (no alcohol, glass bottles, or cans allowed), scanned our QR codes, and in we went!

T11 in sight! But first, food! 🍗

"Gocheok Dome Food"

We brought some 60 Gye Chicken with us, so we just grabbed a Zero Cola (2,500 KRW) and some Homerun Ball snacks (5,000 KRW) from the convenience store before heading in!

The restrooms were spacious and clean, which was a relief!

On the walls, you could see uniforms from various teams on display 😊

When entering your section, you have to show your ticket multiple times (and even when re-entering).
Here’s the view from Dark Burgundy T11 E2! It was better than expected! 😄

Looking left, you can even see the broadcast booth! 🎥

To the right, there’s a bit of a pillar in the way, but if a home run heads toward first base, you can just stand up for a clear view! (There’s no one behind you, just a wall!)

I loved that the space was open with stairs right in front of us, so we could take photos without feeling awkward! 😊

Starting off with some 60 Gye Chicken Boneless Soy Garlic Chicken and Homerun Ball, we were ready for the game! 🐔

Samsung started strong with hits from the first inning, and kept scoring throughout the game! 😊

I’m a huge fan of Baek Jung-hyun from Samsung!
He was so close to a perfect game that day! 😭

Samsung for the win!! 🥳

Of course, we had to take a celebratory photo! 😆

I usually wear sizes 55-66 (M), and after debating between size 90 and 95, I went with 90. But honestly, 85 would have fit too!

We also got to watch Baek Jung-hyun’s interview. Well done! 👏

On the way out, we noticed a rental area where you can borrow helmets and gloves.

Maybe it's Kiwoom's Hall of Fame? 🤔
There was even a Kiwoom player random photo card machine!

The away team’s merchandise shop was small but had some items. Kiwoom’s shop had a wide variety, from caps and dresses to kids' clothes, uniforms, towels, and cheering sticks.

As we were leaving, we saw some fans waiting for Baek Jung-hyun to come out after his interview.
We waited, cheered, and then headed out. 😊

There’s an info desk on the way out too, which was helpful!

The directions back to the station were clearly marked, making it easy to find our way.

I think I’ll book the same seats next time! The open view was fantastic, and the indoor setting means no worries about the weather—Gocheok Dome is great for a stress-free game day! 😊
