If you’re a fan of tteokbokki, then you’re likely familiar with Dookki, a chain known for its delicious and customizable tteokbokki.

This time, I visited the Dookki located inside the Lotte Mart Seoul Yangpyeong branch.

 

It’s easy to find—just walk a bit further inside the Lotte Mart, and you’ll see it!

The seating area is spacious with plenty of tables, and the overall atmosphere is clean and welcoming.

I started by heading to the sauce station.

 

We decided to mix the Dookki sauce with cream sauce to create a delicious rose tteokbokki!

We grabbed a variety of ingredients like rice cakes, vegetables, sausages, eggs, and dangmyeon (glass noodles) to make our perfect tteokbokki.

 

After adding everything to the pot.

We let it simmer while we picked up some fried food, fish cakes, and drinks.

 

And of course, you can’t forget about fried rice!

 

To top it all off, we discovered that they now have ice cream—something that wasn’t there before!

After enjoying our tteokbokki, we made sure to save some sauce in the pot for making fried rice with sesame oil, ham, and kimchi. The result? Pure deliciousness!

 

We tried the chocolate ice cream, and it was rich and full of chocolatey goodness.

 

Dookki has always been a reliable spot for tteokbokki, and the addition of ice cream makes the experience even more perfect. 👍
